Arlington Soccer Club now has 116 Licensed Coaches

The Arlington Soccer Club believes that “the game is the greatest teacher” and that our children will get better at soccer by playing the game.  We also believe that well-trained coaches will enhance our children’s enjoyment of the game and foster their development. Continued coach development is a priority for the ASC and is the foundation of continued player development.

The ASC is very pleased to announce that we just completed our Coach Development Month in March and that we now have a record number of coaches who have been licensed by the Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association, the official state representative of the US Soccer Federation.

We have 29 ASC coaches who completed the 4-hour G course held on March 14, and 15 coaches who completed the 8-hour F course on March 28.  We also had 36 coaches attend our Specialty Clinics on March 21 that covered Passing and Possession, Attacking and Finishing, and Speed of Play.  The ASC now has two B licensed coaches (9 day commitment), two D licensed coaches (36 hour commitment), 20 E licensed coaches (16 hour commitment), 47 F licensed coaches, and 45 G licensed coaches.

For a complete list of ASC coaches with licenses as well as more info about coaching licenses, click here.

Thank you to all of our coaches for committing their time to continuing their development as coaches!  If you have any questions, please email development@arlingtonsoccerclub.com
