New Referee Game Scheduling System
The Arlington Soccer Club has started to
institute a new online Scheduling System for the Referees.
To access the system, go to
www.USofficials.com
Listed below are Rules you must follow when
using the system:
- Password and Login Information
- Initial userid/passwords will be emailed
to each referee by Saturday, April 2nd.
- If you do not receive an email from Paul
Athanasiadis, please contact him ASAP.
- Share your account information with your
parents since only one email works per account
- UNavailability
- Scheduling Website will
assume that you are available for any dates and times not entered
- Check off the days you are
NOT available to referee, this includes weekdays (usually make-up
games)
- Due date is Sunday night by
6:00pm for the following weekend
- Paul will assign games by
Monday
- Contact Information
- Your contact information must be entered
by this Sunday night (April 3rd)
- Games will not be assigned if contact
information is not completely entered
- Birth Date MUST be entered as well
- Posting of Assignments
- Schedule will be posted each
Tuesday by 12:00pm
- Accepting Assignments
- All assignments should be
viewed and accepted by Wednesday night
- You CANNOT just
reject a game, you must follow these steps:
- Use the online system to
REJECT the game
- Find a replacement Referee
- Email Paul with your
replacement no later than Thursday
- All changes must be done
by Thursday night
- Report Games within 24 hours
- All games must be reported through this
online system.
- Click on the REPORT tab, located next to
the assignment after the Game Time
