Important Registration Dates:

*After November 15, players may be placed on a waitlist and are not guaranteed assignment to a team. A $20 late fee is added to each player registration submitted after November 15, 2009.  (U6/U7 clinic players are not charged late fees.  However, placement on a team is not guaranteed after November 15, 2009.)

Family Maximum:  The family maximum payment is $200/season.

Refund Policy: If a player withdraws prior to November 15, 2009 a full refund minus a $10 processing charge will be issued.  Players who withdraw after November 15, 2009 will be refunded 50% of the program fee.

Waivers/scholarships:  Fee waivers are available.  Please contact our registrar at registrar@arlingtonsoccerclub.com. 

Our Programs:

The ASC is a volunteer organization.  Each season we have over 1500 players, over 250 coaches, assistants and managers and over 120 teams.  Please be aware that we cannot accept any requests to play with friends.  In addition, coaches cannot request specific players for their teams (except their own children). The Program Directors put a great deal of effort into making sure that most players are assigned to teams with some kids from their school (registering by June 15 helps to make this happen!).  However, ASC believes that playing with new teammates gives kids opportunities to make friends outside of their school.

How to Register a Player:

• Only credit card registrations are accepted online. (Preferred)
   
• Check registrations must be mailed with a paper registration form. (The Arlington Soccer Club cannot accept any registration given to a coach.)

1. To register online using a credit card, click on “Online Registration” below. If you are a returning family, you have an EXISTING family account with us under your email address. (Don’t remember your password?  Just click on “forgot password” and it will be sent to you.)  Please do not create a new account if you are a returning family (your child’s placement history will be lost and they may be assigned to the wrong team).
    
2. To register using a check, click on “Paper Registration Form” below to download the 2-page form. Please complete the form and mail with a check to:

   Forms may also be obtained at the Arlington Recreation Department, Arlington Boys and Girls Club or by contacting the Arlington Soccer Club registrar at registrar@arlingtonsoccerclub.com
   
   Please note:  Mailed registrations must be postmarked by November 15, 2009 to avoid late fees.

Accessing your Family Account:  You can use your family account to:

• Register your player

• Update or register your volunteer/coaching status

• Change your family information (such as address, email, phone, emergency contact, etc.)

• Check team assignment and view team roster (when posted)

How to Register as a Coach/Volunteer:

You may volunteer to help as a coach, assistant coach, etc.  as you complete your child’s registration information.  To volunteer after your child is registered, please access your family account and click on the “volunteer” button next to your child’s name. If you do not have a child playing, but would like to volunteer, please contact one of the program directors below or the club registrar. Questions regarding coaching can also be directed to the contacts below. By officially registering as a volunteer prior to November 15, 2009 you help us to put teams together earlier in the summer.
